The product must include original tags and packaging
Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items without tags or original packaging
Customized or altered products
Innerwear or accessories (if applicable)
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and issue.
Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
Refunds are issued in the form of:
Store credit, or
Bank transfer (for prepaid orders only)
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded via store credit only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the desired size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video.
In such cases, return shipping will be covered by Shopping Lift.
Color variations may occur due to screen differences and are not considered defects.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
